Ohio City Flat

A calming, Scandinavian-inspired retreat in the heart of Ohio City, this flat was thoughtfully designed to bring both function and serenity to everyday living.

In the primary bedroom, we transformed an underutilized corner into a custom built-in reading nook, creating a cozy, light-filled moment tailored to our client’s love of books, while adding much-needed storage.

Throughout the primary and office, all new furniture and décor were curated to reflect a modern, minimal aesthetic layered with warmth and texture. In the office, custom shelving provides both practical storage and a clean, architectural backdrop, seamlessly blending beauty and utility.

The result is a quiet, intentional space that feels equal parts refined and deeply personal.
